Elite Eco Cleaning LLC

Insured & Registered

Most cleaning companies say "licensed and insured." We show you what actually stands behind those words: our City of Los Angeles business registration and our Hiscox general liability policy — the real documents, not badges.

Need proof for your building or HOA? We'll send a certificate of insurance (COI) naming you or your property manager — email us or WhatsApp, usually within one business day.

In plain words

What this means for you

01

Accidents are covered — not your problem

If anything is accidentally damaged during a clean, our liability policy stands behind us with up to $1,000,000 per occurrence. You never pay for our mistakes.

02

Paperwork for buildings, HOAs and Airbnb

Property managers and hosts often require proof of insurance before letting a cleaner in. Our Blanket Additional Insured coverage lets us name your building on a COI — fast.

03

A real, registered LA business

We operate as a registered LLC with an active City of Los Angeles registration — a company with a name, an address, and accountability, not an anonymous crew from a coupon ad.

Common questions

Questions clients ask

Does a house cleaning company in California need a state license?

California does not issue a special state license for residential and office cleaning. What a legitimate company must have is a registered business entity and a city business registration — both of which are shown on this page. What separates professionals from coupon crews is liability insurance, and we carry it.

What happens if something is broken or damaged during a cleaning?

First, we make it right — that's what our 24-hour re-clean guarantee is about. Behind that stands the Hiscox general liability policy on this page, with $1,000,000 of coverage per occurrence. Tell us right away and we handle the rest.

Can I get a certificate of insurance for my building, HOA, or property manager?

Yes. Our policy includes Blanket Additional Insured coverage, so we can issue a COI naming your building or management company as the certificate holder. Request it by email or WhatsApp when booking — usually ready within one business day.

Can I verify these documents myself?

Please do — for any contractor, not just us. Our City of Los Angeles registration can be checked with the Office of Finance under account 0003550711-0001-7, and we'll gladly share current proof of insurance directly from Hiscox on request.
