Elite Eco Cleaning LLC («Elite Eco Cleaning», «we», «us») operates the website https://patimova.com and provides cleaning services in Los Angeles County, California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

When you request a quote or book a cleaning through our website, by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property to be cleaned, preferred date and time, the type of service, any notes you add (for example, access instructions or allergies to cleaning products).

Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Analytics, which collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Payment information. If you pay by card, the card details are processed by the payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How we use your information

— To provide a quote, schedule and perform the cleaning you requested.

— To contact you about your booking: confirmations, reminders, changes, follow-up after the service.

— To send invoices and receive payment.

— To respond to your questions and complaints and to handle our 24-hour re-clean guarantee.

— Our cleaning staff: name, address, phone number, date, time and notes needed to perform the service.

— Our insurer, if a claim is made in connection with a cleaning at your property.

— Authorities, if required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

4. How long we keep your information

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and insurance purposes, generally up to 7 years. Quote requests that did not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings (currently 14 months).

5. Your rights (California residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

We protect your information with access controls, HTTPS on our website and limited access for staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
