A Story of Hard Work, Perseverance, Love for What You Do, and One Very Big Dream

June 10, 2024 → September 2026

“It all started with one woman, one bathroom, and one electric scooter.”

Dear visitors,

Today, we’d like to open the door behind the scenes of Elite Eco Cleaning and share how it all began, the journey we’ve taken, and how far we’ve come in just two and a half years. This isn’t a story about starting a company, buying a beautiful car, creating a logo, and suddenly having clients line up at the door. No. It was much more interesting than that. 😊

This is a story about hard work, persistence, love for what you do, countless hours on the road, scraped knees, lost bags, rain, California heat… and, of course, a whole lot of clean homes.

My name is Tatiana Patimova, and I’m the founder and owner of Elite Eco Cleaning. Now, let’s go back to where it all began.

June 10, 2024

The First Cleaning

June 10, 2024 was the day I went to my very first deep-cleaning job in the United States.

It was a bathroom.Of course, I was a little nervous. Working in America was a completely new experience for me, and I wanted everything to be perfect. So I didn’t just clean the bathroom. I think I personally got to know every single tile. 😄

I carefully cleaned every inch of the space, paid attention to every detail, and spent about two hours working on that one bathroom. The client was very happy and gave me my first 5-star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ To me, it wasn’t just a good rating. It was the first little sign that maybe I really could build something of my own here.

I Didn’t Have a Car Back Then

Today, it’s hard to imagine running a cleaning business without a car. Back then, I didn’t have one at all. I traveled to my first cleaning jobs on… an electric scooter. 😂 I bought it on Amazon, and for about six months, that scooter was my way of getting around Los Angeles.

And I definitely didn’t look like your average person riding a scooter. On my back was a huge black backpack filled with cleaning supplies and a disassembled vacuum cleaner. In front of me was another giant bag carrying a bucket and even more cleaning products.

And somewhere behind my shoulder, a vacuum tube would be sticking out of the backpack. One day, a friend looked at me and said I looked like a warrior heading out on a mission.

And That’s How Our “Cleaning Warrior” Was Born

That’s how our company unexpectedly found its little hero. The idea of our signature theme gradually grew from that image of the cleaning warrior.

⚔️ We are warriors of cleanliness.

Much of our style, design, and visual identity grew from this very story. We hope you like it. 😊 The Cleaning Warrior Heads Out on a Mission Working with an electric scooter wasn’t always easy. I worked all over Los Angeles and used pretty much every form of transportation available to get to my clients:

🛴 Electric scooter

🚌 Bus

🚇 Metro

🚆 Train

Sometimes I would ride my scooter, take it onto a train, transfer to a bus, and then get back on my loyal little scooter for the final part of the journey. And I did all of this while carrying a bucket, a vacuum cleaner, and an enormous amount of cleaning supplies.

Some trips took two to two and a half hours each way. Then I would clean for another three to five hours. And then I had to make the entire journey back home. And then do it again. And again. And again.

Five Cleanings in One Day

The most cleaning jobs I ever completed in a single day while traveling this way was five. There were days when I left home at 5, 6, or 7 in the morning and didn’t return until 11 PM — sometimes even close to midnight. I frequently traveled to the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood Hills, and many other parts of Los Angeles. And yes…there were plenty of adventures along the way. 😄

Sometimes the Warrior Lost Her Weapons

One day, I accidentally left my work backpack — with my vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies inside — at a bus stop. Another time, I left my huge bag full of cleaning equipment on the Metro. Luckily, I realized what had happened just in time and literally jumped back into the train seconds before the doors closed.

And then there was the day I dropped my phone on the way to a job in the San Fernando Valley. The phone stopped working. And the client’s address was on it.

So I found my way there from memory, explained what had happened, and asked the client to help me call a taxi home. Today, these stories make me smile. Back then, they weren’t quite as funny. 😄

Rain, Heat, and Scraped Knees

Of course, there were moments when I wanted to sit down somewhere on the sidewalk and say:

“That’s it. I can’t do this anymore.”

Sometimes I fell off the scooter, scraped my knees, and cried from exhaustion. Sometimes I traveled through heavy rain.Other days, the heat was so intense that it felt as though California itself had decided to test how determined I really was. But I kept going. Because I had a goal.

I wanted to build something of my own. And despite all the difficulties, there was something surprisingly beautiful about that time in my life. Even when I was exhausted, I sometimes genuinely enjoyed traveling through Los Angeles.I saw different neighborhoods, beautiful homes, streets, palm trees, and hills. Little by little, I was discovering this enormous city while simultaneously building my own little story within it.

My First Car 🚗

When I finally bought my first car in America, I was incredibly happy. I don’t think a car had ever brought me that much joy. 😂Suddenly, I didn’t have to choose between carrying a bucket or a vacuum cleaner. I didn’t have to figure out how to fit an enormous backpack onto my back. And most importantly, getting to my clients became much faster and easier. At the same time, my client base continued to grow. Every month brought new clients. For several months, I worked almost without a single day off. I worked incredibly hard, but at that point, I still wasn’t ready to expand into a larger business. I simply kept doing my job. Cleaning by cleaning. Client by client. Home by home.

And slowly, I began to realize:

This wasn’t just a side job anymore.

It was becoming a real business.

October 2025

A New Chapter

In October 2025, I finally made the decision: It was time to take the next step. To go from working independently to building a professional cleaning company. That’s when I began creating Elite Eco Cleaning. I purchased a domain. I commissioned our website. I established the company and opened a business bank account. I started looking for my first independent contractor partners. I obtained business insurance. I took care of the necessary permits and licensing.

And little by little, a team began to form around me. Of course, none of this happened overnight. There were mistakes. There were difficult decisions. There were moments when I had to figure things out on my own, again and again. But I kept moving forward.

Why Do I Still Love Cleaning?

Even today, I sometimes personally go out on cleaning jobs. And you know what? I still enjoy it. I love seeing how a space changes after our work. A dirty bathroom becomes fresh and sparkling. A cluttered room can breathe again. A home becomes brighter, cleaner, and more comfortable. And I love the feeling that I’ve done something genuinely useful for another person.

Cleaning Isn’t Just About Dust

Sometimes, what we really give someone is a few hours of their life back. Instead of spending those hours cleaning, they can spend time with their children, family, and friends — or simply rest. That is one of the reasons I love what we do.

We Do More Than Just Clean

Over time, our services naturally expanded. In addition to standard and deep cleaning, we have helped our clients with many other household tasks:

• 🧺 Laundry and drying

• 👗 Closet organization

• 🏠 Home organization and tidying

• 📦 Small household tasks and errands

• ✨ Preparing homes and spaces for important occasions

Because sometimes a client doesn’t simply need someone with a vacuum cleaner. They need someone they can trust with their home.

Elite Eco Cleaning Today

September 2026

Today, Elite Eco Cleaning is no longer just me, an electric scooter, and an enormous backpack. 😊 Today, we have a growing team helping build and develop the company.

  • Tatiana — Founder & Owner. Leading the company and continuing to shape its vision.
  • SEO Team. Helping develop our online presence and make it easier for clients to find us.
  • Development Team. Building, improving, and maintaining our website.
  • 5 Independent Cleaning Contractors. Cleaning professionals who help us take care of our clients’ homes and spaces.
  • Accountant. Helping us keep things organized not only in our clients’ homes, but in our financial records too. 😊
  • Reels & AI Content Specialist. Helping us create engaging and creative visual content.
  • Marketing Team. Helping Elite Eco Cleaning grow and connect with new clients.

And All of This Grew From…

One bathroom. One person. One electric scooter. And one enormous desire to build something of my own.

And Most Importantly — The People ❤️

I am deeply grateful to every person who has been part of this journey. Every client who trusted us with their home. Every person who took the time to leave us a review. Every partner who helped us become better. And every member of our team.

Elite Eco Cleaning is my baby.

I have poured an enormous amount of work, time, energy, and love into building it. And I genuinely care about our clients. To me, every home is more than just another address on a schedule. It is someone’s personal space — a place we have been invited into.

That is why I want every home we enter to be treated with respect, care, attention, and responsibility.

From One Bucket to an Entire Team

Looking back, even I sometimes find it difficult to believe how far we’ve come. There was a time when I traveled around Los Angeles on an electric scooter with a vacuum cleaner on my back and a bucket in front of me.

Today, we have a team, a website, marketing, professional partners, and plans for continued growth. But one thing hasn’t changed.

I still want us to do our work well.

We will continue learning, growing, improving, and doing everything we can to provide every client with high-quality, thoughtful, and responsible service. Because to us, cleaning is more than just a job.

We Don’t Just Clean Homes.

We Create Peace of Mind. ✨

Today, Elite Eco Cleaning continues to grow as a professional cleaning company serving Los Angeles.

Our services include:

Residential Cleaning · Deep Cleaning · Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning · Airbnb Cleaning · Commercial Cleaning

We are also continuing to develop our digital presence and make it easier for people to find a reliable cleaning company in Los Angeles. But for us, growing a business isn’t only about work or profit.

We also want to help people.

That is why we provide a charitable cleaning once a month for people with disabilities and single mothers with children who may not always be able to afford professional cleaning services.

This is very important to me. Because I know how much support can mean when life is difficult. And if our work can make someone’s day a little easier, give them a few hours to rest, and allow them to enjoy the feeling of a clean home — then we are doing something truly meaningful.

What Comes Next?

We’re not planning to stop here. In the future, we hope to expand into other regions and build an even larger team of cleaning professionals. But as we grow, we want to preserve the values that were there from the very beginning:

Attention to detail.

Responsibility.Respect for our clients. Love for what we do. Because if we look all the way back to June 2024… it all started with: one woman, one bathroom, and one electric scooter.

Today, there is a team behind Elite Eco Cleaning, hundreds of completed jobs, and a company that continues to grow.

But that original cleaning warrior is still with us. She reminds us where we came from.

And she reminds us that behind every business are people — their hard work, their character, their determination, and their love for what they do.

Elite Eco Cleaning Is Our Story.

And the Story Continues. ❤️

We don’t just clean homes.

We create peace of mind.

With love and respect to you and your home,

Tatiana Patimova
