Scope of work

What's Included

Rough clean (mid-construction)

Remove large debris, leftover materials and trash. Sweep and vacuum surfaces to keep the site safe and inspection-ready while work continues.

Final clean (post-construction)

Deep clean every surface — floors, countertops, fixtures, cabinets inside and out — removing all construction dust and residue.

Windows & tracks

Interior windows, sills and tracks cleaned of dust, stickers and construction residue.

Floors — full detail

Vacuum, mop and scrub all flooring, removing glue, paint specks, scuffs and dust from every corner and edge.

Baseboards, vents & fixtures

Wipe down baseboards, light fixtures, switch plates, vents and trim — the areas where fine dust settles most.

Kitchen & bathrooms

Full detail clean of countertops, cabinets (inside and out), sinks, and fixtures to remove construction film and dust.

Touch-up clean

A final walkthrough and light wipe-down right before move-in or opening day, to catch any dust that settled after the deep clean.

Debris & trash removal

Collection and disposal of remaining construction debris, packaging and trash.

Not included:
Hazardous material disposal Heavy debris hauling / dumpster service Exterior window washing (high-rise) Carpet installation Structural repairs.
